Site Manager \n Location: Hull\n Start Date: ASAP\n Duration: 26-Weeks\n Rate: £300 per day\n\nSite Manager - Retail Cut & Carve Project - Hull\n\nI'm working with a fit-out and refurbishment contractor who are looking to appoint a Site Manager for a retail cut and carve project in Hull.\n\nThe works involve the subdivision of an existing shopping unit into two smaller retail units, including associated strip-out, partitioning, and builder's works.\n\nThe role would suit someone who is experienced in civils/groundworks, as well as fitout.\n\nYou will report into a site-based Project Manager and be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of trades and site activities throughout the programme.\n\nThe Role:\n\nManaging day-to-day site operations on a live retail project\nOverseeing externals and groundworks\nCoordinating subcontractors and ensuring programme targets are met\nSupervising strip-out and alteration works safely and efficiently\nAssisting the Project Manager with progress updates and coordination\nMaintaining site records and daily reportsKey Requirements:\n\nPrevious experience as a Site Manager on retail refurbishment or cut and carve projects\nExperience managing subcontractors in fast-paced environments\nStrong understanding of health & safety and site complianceSMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid essential
