Allocating Engineers to carry out repairs

Day to day co-ordination of operational activities in a contact centre/help desk environment

Liaising with relevant departments/Contractors/Policy Holders, to ensure insurance claims were dealt with accurately and all rectification works carried out to standard

Collating information and updating/maintaining, both manual and web based packages

Processing excess payments, also sales/purchase ledger on in-house system

Incoming/Outgoing correspondence with all parties involved

The successful candidates will have previous Reception and Administration experience. Candidates must be well presented and be able to prioritise their own workload.

You must also be confident and be able to meet and greet clients in a professional and courteous manner.

Ideally you will have come from a corporate background and portray this image to all visitors and representatives from suppliers etc.

Experience using Microsoft Office products is essential to produce letters, emails and other correspondence and reports. Our client is looking for an experienced Receptionist / Administrator to join their busy office in Nottingham. This is a Temporary - Permanent position.
