Main responsibilities of the role
? Manage branch, - overseeing complete day to day operation of the branch
Managers will have total control over
? Sales
? Buying
? Marketing
? Staffing issues
? Everything that affects the commercial performance of the business
Requirements
? Previous management experience within the sector or allied industry
? Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills.
? Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
? High level of professionalism.
? Excellent commercial awareness.
? An individual who thinks on his/or her own feet and wants to make things happen
? PC literate with PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills.
Salary c?35 ? 40K basic (depending on experience) Plus profit related bonus (based on branch performance) + car etc..
