This role will be responsible for 2 out of our 7 stores and the main duties included are::
Completing accruals and prepayments and ensuring all balance sheet reconciliations are fully supported and items cleared in a timely manner.
Review of profit and loss and liaising with the stores on any queries.
Vehicle deal book review, control of vehicle debtors and creditors and completing the month end routine for the vehicles ledger.
Completing vehicle stock checks at the stores
Fixed Asset Control
Providing accounting assistant to stores on a daily basis.
Reviewing cheque requisitions.
